Delaying Vaccination

So, my son is 3 and five months. He is totally vaccination free and I LIKE this. However, I am concerned about him entering school. I live in MN, which allows philosophical exemption. I do, however, want him to be healthy and safe. Will he be healthy and safe in a public school system if he is entirely vax free? Possibly not.

I am not sure what I should do for vaccinations with him. I have done a lot of research. I just don't know how to time things, what to get with what.. or when.

Is there a delayed vaccination schedule anywhere? Can some of you who have delayed vaxes tell me what you got and when.. and why?

Here's our delayed schedule (though my son will be a year behind due to several factors, mostly the GP and HV not deciding who is be responsible for handling delayed schedules). The 'why' is because my husband and I had a long debate and this was our final compromise based on what we are able to get on the NHS:

3 years and 4 months - Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio and Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)
3 years and 7 months - Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio and Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)
3 years and 10 months - Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio and Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)

4 years and 1 month - Hib
4 years and 4 months - Meningitis C
4 years and 7 months - Meningitis C
4 years and 10 months - Meningitis C

5 years and 1 month - Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis and polio

We might continue with MMR at 5 years and 4 months and 5 years and 7 months or we may delay that until the teen shots which also include another 'diphtheria, tetanus, polio' shot.
